These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Seraphova, including the website at seraphova.com and the application at app.seraphova.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Seraphova is an AI-powered astrology application that generates personalized insights based on your natal chart, current transits, and conversations. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for personal reflection and entertainment.

Not professional advice

Seraphova does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Content in the app should not be used as a substitute for professional guidance. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions affecting your health, relationships, finances, or legal matters.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Seraphova.

Subscriptions and billing

Seraphova offers a free trial followed by a paid subscription (monthly or annual). Pricing is displayed at signup and may change with notice for future billing periods.

• Free trial. New users may access the full service for 3 days without providing a payment method, unless otherwise stated at signup.
• Renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds. If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting support.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the product, using automated tools to scrape or overload the service, or submitting unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.

Your content

You retain ownership of the messages and information you provide. You grant Seraphova a limited license to use that content to operate the service, including generating responses and maintaining your memory layer, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Seraphova, its branding, software, and design are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or underlying technology.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Astrological interpretations are subjective by nature.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seraphova and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use Seraphova ends, subject to the data handling described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
