Seraphova ("we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered astrology app at app.seraphova.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication credentials.

Birth data. To generate your natal chart, we collect your birth date, birth time (if provided), and birth location. You may also add birth data for relationship profiles (synastry).

Conversations and memories. Messages you send in the app, along with the memory layer Seraphova builds from your conversations, are stored to personalize future responses.

Usage and device data. We collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, and how you interact with the service to maintain security and improve the product.

Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

How we use your information

• Calculate and display your natal chart, transits, and synastry
• Generate personalized AI responses based on your chart and conversation history
• Maintain your account, subscription, and customer support
• Improve the reliability and quality of the service
• Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your birth data or conversations for advertising.

AI and third-party services

Seraphova uses third-party infrastructure to operate the service, including cloud hosting, AI model providers, and payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it and use it only to deliver the service.

When you interact with the AI, relevant context from your chart and conversation history may be sent to our AI providers to generate a response. We do not permit these providers to use your data to train their public models.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual memories or your entire account at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account, we remove your birth data, conversations, and memories from our active systems within a reasonable period, subject to limited backup retention for security and legal compliance.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the sensitive nature of birth data and personal conversations.
